Athletics shaped most of my life. I competed professionally in football, where I learned the value of preparation, discipline and pushing through adversity. Years of competition also left me with numerous injuries. When those injuries began limiting the fitness goals I had always worked toward, I knew I needed a different plan.

I have never been a strong proponent of surgery unless it is truly necessary, so I began educating myself about alternative treatment plans, recovery strategies and the science behind supporting the body. My experience as an athlete taught me to study every option carefully, ask better questions and understand that lasting progress requires more than a quick fix.

At my heaviest, I weighed 350 pounds. My cholesterol was high, my blood-work results were alarming and I knew the life I was living had to change. On March 15, 2020, I began my journey with one clear goal: to stay alive.

Through nutrition, consistency, discipline and careful education about peptides and wellness research, I rebuilt my lifestyle one decision at a time. Peptides were never a replacement for the work. They became part of a broader commitment to understanding my body, making informed choices and staying accountable. I have now maintained a weight of 215 pounds for several years.

That transformation changed more than my appearance—it changed my life and gave me a purpose. I founded Lincoln Peptides to share what education, support and a healthier lifestyle can make possible. I want to help people who recognize where I once was: ready for change, but unsure where to begin. My mission is to offer clear information, encourage responsible decisions and remind others that meaningful change is built through knowledge, consistency and belief.
